Stop at the famed Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, one of the most remarkable red earth castles bordering the historic road of the Kasbahs, which is a UNESCO world heritage site. We'll stop for lunch in the Kasbah before continuing on to Dades Gorge through Ouarzazate. Our day will come to an end when we arrive at our accommodation in the middle of the Dades Gorge.
Day 2: Dades Gorge - Todgha Gorge -Merzouga
Breakfast served at the hotel. Depart towards the Todra Gorge, a gigantic fissure that rises to 300 meters in a narrow valley densely forested with palmeries and Berber villages. After lunch in the gorge, you will be carried farther into the desert to Merzouga, where you will halt along the enormous sand dunes of Erg Chebbi and enjoy a camel ride (approximately an hour and a half) to your Bivouac Tent. (At the camp, there are toilet facilities.)
Day 3: Merzouga - Ouarzazate - Marrakech
After watching the sunrise over the sand dunes and eating breakfast at the camp, you will ride camels back to the Auberge to refresh up before meeting your driver traveling to Marrakech via Ouarzazate. You will cross the Tizi N'Tichka pass once again on your way to Marrakech, where your three-day Merzouga desert tour will come to a close.
