After an early morning sunrise, we'll ride the camels back to Merzouga, where we'll shower and eat before beginning our journey back to Fes. We'll stop along the road to have tea with a nomadic family before continuing on through the High Atlas highlands. We'll make a pit stop in the town of Midelt for lunch. At 1488 meters above sea level, this town is an impressive mountain city nestled behind the Jbel Ayachi (3737 m). We'll continue on to the renowned city of Fes in the afternoon. Arrival in Fes, which marks the end of the journey.
